We build our gear to be used hard in the field and stand behind the quality of our products.
SG-FIELDCORE warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product line to the original purchaser.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product with the same item, if available; or
- Provide a comparable replacement, store credit, or upgrade option if the original product has been discontinued.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function;
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care;
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs;
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions beyond the intended use of the product.
To submit a warranty claim, contact us with a description of the issue and photos of the product. Customers are responsible for shipping products to SG-FIELDCORE for evaluation. If the claim is approved, SG-FIELDCORE will cover the cost of return shipping within the United States.
Our goal is to keep quality gear in the field whenever possible. For that reason, repair may be offered before replacement.
